Wayyco Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and the wayyco app, website and voice assistant (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What wayyco does

wayyco helps borrowers lower the cost of their existing loans. With your instruction, our AI assistant can review your loan, compare rates, write to your current lender to request a lower rate, and help you apply for a balance transfer or top-up with a partner lender.

wayyco is not a bank, NBFC or lender. We do not lend money, take deposits or decide whether you get a loan or a rate cut. Those decisions are made solely by the lender.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18, resident in India and able to enter a binding contract.
• Give us accurate and complete information, and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Authority to act for you

When you approve a request in the app, you authorise wayyco to contact your lender in your name, including by sending emails from your connected email account, for the specific purpose you approved. We will show you what we plan to send before it goes out, unless you choose to let the assistant send messages automatically. You can revoke this authority at any time in the app or by writing to us.

4. No guarantee of outcome

We will do our best to get you a better rate, but we cannot guarantee that any lender will reduce your rate, approve a balance transfer or offer any particular terms. Savings shown in the app are estimates based on the information you give us and current market rates. They are not financial advice.

Before you switch lenders, read the new lender's sanction letter and key fact statement carefully, including processing fees, charges and the impact on your tenure. The final decision is yours.

5. AI assistant

Parts of the Service are run by an AI assistant. It can make mistakes. Please check the details it shows you, especially numbers and messages to your lender, before you approve them. Conversations may be recorded and used as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Fees

The Service is free to use. We may receive a fee from a partner lender if you take a loan through us, and we will disclose this before you apply.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree not to: give false information or impersonate anyone; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; interfere with or try to reverse engineer the Service; or use it to contact a lender about a loan that is not yours without the borrower's authority.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, brand and content, belongs to wayyco or its licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own loans. Your documents and data remain yours.

9. Third-party services

The Service connects to lenders, credit bureaus, email providers and other third parties. We are not responsible for their services, policies or decisions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". wayyco is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision made by a lender.

11. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect other users or the Service.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be raised with our Grievance Officer.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify you before they take effect, and continued use means you accept them. Questions: founders@wayyco.com. Grievances: founders@wayyco.com.
